📦 Returns

We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

Because we sell general consumer products (gadgets, accessories, household items, and more), we cannot accept returns for reasons such as:

  • You changed your mind

  • You no longer need the product

  • You ordered the wrong item by mistake

  • You didn’t like the product after use

📧 Damaged or Wrong Item?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mja68471@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  3. A short description of the problem

We’ll verify the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible — either by sending a replacement or providing another suitable solution.

Important Notes:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Do not send any product back without our approval — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.
If your item qualifies for a replacement (due to damage or a wrong product sent), we’ll process it after verifying your claim.

💰 Refunds

Refunds are only issued if we are unable to replace a damaged or incorrect product.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
